About Shipments
Global Warehousing and Fulfillment Service
Our store accept international orders so we do ship worldwide, in that case we work together with our logistics partner to let you get the package as fast as possible, the warehouses are located in United States (Los Angeles), United Kingdom (Royton) and Hong Kong, based on your shipping address, we will ship the package from the nearest warehouse close to you. Fulfillment will be handled by our logistics partner and dispatched by your local carrier (ups, fedex, dhl, usps, etc.). There might be some stock delay with different warehouse on your desired items, however each shipment will be traceable with a tracking number.
Tracking
When you receive the tracking number from us by email, the package has left one of our shipping facilities and en route to you. To track your parcel please select different tracking services ARS provided by our system, if order tracking is displayed unavailable, please allow 12-36 hours for the tracking log to be updated in the IPS or on the carrier website.

Shipping rate vary according to total weight of the shipment. Customer will see the details while checkout process. We advise you to group your items in one order.
