Return and Refund

1. Item should be in its original new and unused condition, unworn condition with tags attached and original box or package which to be returned within 30 days upon delivery.

2. You need contact us first before any returns, then we can follow up your case, any return without notification ahead will not be handled.

3. After you request a return, we will send you return address, once we received the returned item we will process your return immediately and make refund as soon as possible.

4. Please note you need to take care of return shipping costs and the item can be returned subject up to 20% restocking and handling fee.

5. Exception: All clearance and discount sales are final. We cannot accept returns on clearance, promotion, discount price or customized item. However, exchange is possible under some conditions for this situation. No returns or exchanges on digital goods.


If you need exchange item, you should return within 7 days upon delivery. Simply let us know first then return your original item and place a new order. We will ship your new order immediately, reducing wait time for replacement items. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue an immediate credit. Please note you will need to take care of return shipping costs, on the contrary your new order's shipping fee will be on us, and no restocking or handling fee will be charged for a successful exchange.
